Easy Peanut Butter Cookies:
- 1 Large egg, room temp, beaten
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
- Scoop by level tablespoons and roll into balls
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet & flatten with a fork
- Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 18 minutes
- Remove & cool on wire racks

Avoid posting your away on social media
Lock all windows & doors
Leave a light or two on a timer to make it appear you are home, even when you are away.

Make Christmas Punch
- 2 Cups cranberry juice
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup pineapple juice
- 2 Cups sparkling apple juice or cider
- 1 Cup gingerale
- Orange slices, cranberries and/or cherries for garnish
Directions
- Mix cranberry, orange and pineapple juice in a punch bowl
- Add sparkling apple juice and gingerale and mix gently
- When ready to servem add ice and fruit of your choice to garnish
Prepare For Holiday Guests
- Hide (or get ride of) any clutter
- Add some holiday decor
- Stock the bathroom with extras:
Toothbrush, soap, lotion
- Keep it cozy - turn on the heat
- Have important info nearby
