Concession Stall only | 300 sq ft | $750 a month escalating including utilities, internet access and access to washrooms. The tenant is responsible for their own telephone service and other expenses. Tenant will be permitted to operate from 7:00am - 11:00pm (hours may change seasonally) which may be outside of the standard facility operating hours. Operating hours and any changes of, must be provided to the Town in writing. Tenant Is responsible to ensure the facility is locked/secured outside of normal facility hours. 3-5 year lease.
